Meet Sumathi Menon

Mave Social is set up by Sumathi Narayanan Menon who built her career managing large scale global IT projects for Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns in New York and London for over 2 decades.

She founded Mave Social to help businesses stand out in the fast-paced digital space after she trained and graduated with distinction (100%) from the Digital Mums' Social Media Management Live Learning Programme as well as Emma Van Heusen’s Facebook Adcelerator Programme.

Some of her clients include Luxembourg for Finance (an agency for trade promotion and investment in Luxembourg), Alpha Grid - Financial Times company, Kite Insights, Go Telecom Plc., Mindbeat (a leadership and outplacement coaching platform) and Insight Regulatory, a Regtech consulting in Financial services industry.

Sumathi works on social media strategies and paid campaigns for financial services clients via Alpha Grid, a Financial Times company. Her client portfolio via Alpha Grid has included running campaigns for Luxembourg For Finance and FT Live’s Global Financial Forum as well as social media advice and guidance for their Non-Social Media clients.

Sumathi has also partnered with Kite Insights in developing social media strategy and implementing for exciting and valuable clients such as Stand Speak Rise Up, GigNow, Bridging Ventures and Mind & Life - Europe.

She also runs a local community campaign called Battersea Banter on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for fun and to keep in touch with the local community.

She is a Trustee on the board of Citizen's Advice Wandsworth, as well as a Fellow with Praxis UK.

She is a mother to 3 little ones one of them of a furry kind.
